Dotun Agboluaje combines years of hands on industry experience to a wealth of knowledge gathered from years of academic study and research to deliver quality projects. He brings to the table, winning skills from his years of experience in Contract Negotiation, Health and Safety, Project Estimation, Project Construction among others.
His passion for construction led him to study Civil Engineering first from The Polytechnic, Ibadan before proceeding to Federal University of Technology Akure for his postgraduate studies. Dotun holds the International Association of Safety Professionals HSE, Advance certification.
He has over 15 years of industrial experience starting from his position as a Manager with Arisekola Estate Development, Abuja. He has also worked on Construction Management for big Nigerian and multinational brands like United Bank for Africa, Skye Bank, Oyo State Ministry of Works, Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco, Kimberly Clark, Reckit & Beckinser, Oyo State Government among others.

In the last 11 years, Fausat Osinubi, a COREN certified Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin has built on her skills in Research, Analysis and Design by working with leaders in the industry.
Fausat has developed Feasibility studies, carried out Structural analysis and design and supervised major constructions for high-end clients including the Federal government of Nigeria, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), Ondo State Government, Procter & Gamble, Oyo State Government,Cross River State Government, Ekiti State Government, University College Hospital (UCH), University of Ibadan, Stellar Vera Development Company, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Hallmark University, Federal Ministry of works, Abuja and African University of Science and Technology to mention a few.
She also possesses world class proficiency in Surface water Hydrology and Highway design.

Kehinde Adeboye’s eye for quality and aesthetics in engineering makes him one of the rarest breeds of engineers in the country.
He has been brought to all the projects he has worked on the fine balance between environmental friendliness and urban construction engineering.
His experience in construction includes working with the Federal Road Maintenance Agency (FERMA), Federal Ministry of Work and Housing, Ibalaz Construction Ltd, Kebbi State Housing Ministry, Integral Landscaping, Kegaad Construction and AGR Construction.

Ayodeji is an excellent Civil Engineer who also possesses a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. He brings 12 years of Project, Construction, Contract and Change Management into his work at SDS.
Before joining SDS, he worked with Ekiti State Government and Tai Solarin University of Education. Ayodeji works on the Diamond Bank, Skye Bank, Procter and Gamble, British American Tobacco, Ekiti State Government accounts.

Victor is a certified safety professional. He holds the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria’s HSE certification. Victor has honed his skills as a safety professional over the years working with organisations like Handlars Hotel, Group Medical, Proton Security, Borem Hotel and Nidaco Construction

Olalere is a COREN certified engineer. He got his civil engineering foundation from The Polytechnic Ibadan before proceeding to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology for his Post Graduate studies.
He brings 10 years of experience in Project planning, Construction Management, Structural analysis and design, Building Technology & Construction and Highway design and Construction gathared from organsations like Architate Bulwarks to the table on projects at SDS.
In the last decade, the accounts he has worked on include Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Akwa-Ibom State Government, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Oyo State Government, Federal Ministry of Works, Ekiti State, Cross River State Goverment, Ondo State Government, Ekiti State Government, Kimberly Clark, Skye Bank, StellarVera Development Company, Pinnacle University among others.

Olusola Olubodun is a core safety professional, he holds the HSE certification from the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria along with a BA in English Language from the University of Ibadan.
In the last eight years, Olusola has honed his skills in Strategy, Public Relations, Fine Arts and HSE Communications in organisations like His Praise Printing Company, Onyx Royal College, Consolidated Engineering Service. His other skills include Fabrication, Construction, Planning, and Safety Management.
He brings his wealth of experience to the table on the First Bank of Nigeria, Guarantee Trust Bank, Stanbic IBTC Bank, British American Tobacco, Kimberly Clark, MTN-NG, Airtel-NG, Procter and Gamble accounts.

Olamilekan is an engineer with a very keen eyes for details. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the Federal University of Technology Akure. Before joining SDS, Olamilekan worked with Interrotech Construction Company, FAAB Construction Limited, Dekit Construction Limited and GOFCOM Construction Limited.
Since joining SDS, Olamilekan has brought his rich experience in Construction, Procurement, Quality control, Strategy and Planning in to projects on the United Bank for Africa, First Bank of Nigeria, MTN, Airtel-NG, Procter & Gamble and British American Tobacco accounts for SDS.

Flora Ugorji possesses a degree in B. Ed Business Education from the National Open University of Nigeria. In the last six years, she has worked in key planning and administrative positions, bringing to the fore her skills in Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Analysis and Insurance. The accounts she has worked on include First Bank of Nigeria, Procter & Gamble, MTN, and British American Tobacco among others.

Kolawole Arnet Adedeji studied Business Administration and Management at The Polytechnic Ibadan. Before joining SDS, Kolawole worked with Easy Motion Transport Limited, Macohlarb Studio. With his over 10 years experience, he brings key skills like Strategy development and Planning into the business.

With highly developed sense of due process Idowu brings unquantifiable value into every project the company handles. His work experience includes planning and inventory management. He has also garnered invaluable experience working on the Diamond Bank, MTN-NG, Etisalat, Procter and Gamble, British American Tobacco, Macohlarb Studio accounts.
